Hello everyone,

 I was hoping someone could help me.  I recently purchase Aspire 5315 from TigerDirect and it did not come with recovery CDs.  I tried to downgrade my Vista to XP because I was having so much problem with performance. 

 When downgrading to XP, I left the PQService partition but formatted partition C and D to install XP. My Problem is I obtain the XP CD with activation key from my college as part of my tuition.  So I didn't think there will be a problem.  When I tried to active XP I am getting an error that it is invaild product key.  I called MS to register over the phone but they were of no help.

 Now, I want to roll my OS bck to Vista.  I thought that ALT+F10 would work since I left the PQService partition but it is not working.

 Can someone PLEASE help me.
